About Teddy’s Kitchen

For as long as I can remember, food has always been my passion. I can smell, I can taste, and I can see my dishes before I bring them to life.
Growing up in a home raised by a Father who was a French Chef from the Army and Mother, a full time IHSS caretaker whom is an amazing home cook. You can say I got my passion for food from my parents.
Every morning before the sun came up, they are in the kitchen preparing breakfast for us before they set up their work station.
Known all over town for their Asian delicacies and desserts, they were getting orders to fill everyday because they would sell out so fast.
They knew very little English but still found their ways and made the connections they needed to get the resources that kept them in business for years.
They worked so hard to give us a good life. For years I wanted to continue what they started, but never seemed to be the right time. So here I am, continuing my family’s legacy with a little upgrade.
This is for you Mommy and Daddy (May you rest in peace Dad 🙏❤️) Please watch over us. I miss and love you Dad.
